Participation and game rules for Topp-Mix Hungary Kft.'s post-based Facebook prize games

1. General provisions

1.1. Organizer of the Game:

These regulations can be found on the Expert sports betting Facebook page (hereinafter: "Website") operated by Topp-Mix Hungary Kft. (7851 Drávaszabolcs Dráva utca 11., Cg.: 02-09-085078; hereinafter: "Organizer"), post contains the conditions for using the prize game (hereinafter: "Game"). Participation in the Game also means automatic acceptance of the Game's official game rules (hereinafter: "Game Rules"). (Persons participating in the Game are hereinafter: "Player(s)".)

1.2. Conditions for participation in the Game:

A player can only be a natural person with a residential address in Hungary, who has reached the age of 18, is capable of acting, has solved the Game according to these rules, completed the game flawlessly in accordance with the game description, and has accepted these game rules (joint conditions). The Game is intended for personal use only, its use for business and commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. The Organizer handles the data of the Players in accordance with the data protection rules described in the "Data Protection Rules" chapter of the Game Rules.

2. Game progress

2.1. The essence of the Game:

In order to participate in the prize draw, the Players must fulfill the task indicated on the expert sports betting Facebook page.

The player who completed the given task can take part in the prize draw.

2.2. Game duration and prize:

It is understood based on the content of the post inviting you to play displayed on the Website.

2.3. Draw:

The draw is by computer, in accordance with the requirements of randomness.

The drawn Player is considered a winner who:

If the Player does not meet the conditions, this will result in a forfeiture of the prize.

If a Player drawn as a winner cannot prove the conditions for participation in the Game, the Organizer will hold another draw among the Players who participated in the Game.

3. Winner notification

The Organizer will notify the winner(s) on the Website.

The winning Player gives his consent to have his name published by the Organizer on the Website.

4. Receipt of prizes

The prize(s) will be awarded directly in a Facebook message. The Winner(s) acknowledges that they can only use the prize in compliance with the applicable General Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer is not responsible for incorrectly entered data or for other events that prevent communication for reasons beyond its control.

5. Technical and other conditions of the Game

5. 1. Technical conditions of the Game:

It is the Players' own responsibility to make sure that unauthorized persons do not use the Game on their behalf, using other Facebook profiles, or using the e-mail addresses they use. The Organizer is not responsible for this, and does not provide information regarding registration for the Game.

The Organizer disclaims all responsibility for any claims for compensation or compensation during participation in the Game, for possible errors, shortcomings, malfunctions of the Game, or for costs, damages, losses arising from or related to delays during the use of the Game, not including life, physical integrity and health, as well as the responsibility for damages caused by the customer intentionally or through gross negligence. 5.2. What happens if the Website does not work?

5.3. Liability and Exclusion:

In relation to disputes arising from Player rights, the Organizer excludes all liability and the possibility of legal recourse. The Organizer is not responsible for delays resulting from malfunctions of the Website or the Game, or if the Website is unavailable. From time to time, it may happen that the service cannot be used for reasons beyond the control of the Organizer. The Game is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or affiliated with Facebook.

5.4. Other information:

5.4.1. All kinds of intellectual property accumulated in the Game are protected by copyright, therefore it is forbidden to modify, copy, resell it, and it cannot be reproduced in any form without the written authorization of the copyright holder. The (brand) name of the Website

and related brand names are trademarked in both textual and graphic form. The holder of the trademark protection (or the user authorized by the trademark holder in Hungary) is the Organizer. The trademark may not be used in any way and under any legal title without the prior written permission of the Organizer. Unlawful use may result in the legal consequences of copyright, trademark protection, civil and criminal legislation.

5.4.2. The Organizer may withdraw or terminate the Game in whole or in part for any technical, commercial or operational reason. In the event that the Game is terminated by the Organizer, the Organizer endeavors to make the fact of the termination public in advance. At the same time, depending on the reason for the withdrawal, suspension or change, advance notification may not be possible, despite the Organizer's intentions. The Organizer reserves the right to supplement or modify these conditions or the Game itself.

5.4.3. The Players accept that they take full responsibility for any damage caused to the Organizer by any violation of the Game Rules during the use of the Game. The Organizer may withdraw access to the Game from any Player in case of violation of the Game Rules.

5.4.4. These game rules are available on the website of Topp-Mix Hungary Kft. (https://1×2.hu) under "Participation and game rules for post-based Facebook prize games". By accepting the conditions, the Player acknowledges that the content, performance, message and data transfer and response speed of the Service are dependent on the server technology, and thus may be adversely affected by network load and other factors beyond the control of the Organizer and its Agent, such as ( (but not limited to) network congestion, coverage, connection errors, and maintaining a secure network connection.

5.4.5. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Game Rules. If any further questions or problems arise in relation to the Game, information can be requested from the Agent on the Website.

5.4.6. The prize(s) cannot be exchanged for cash. Any costs that may arise in connection with receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the Player, and cannot be claimed from the Organizer. The payment of taxes and contributions after winnings is in accordance with SzJa tv. based on

6.7. Who can the Player address with questions and requests?
